LeAnora captures nature in an unique fashion, introducing the abstract into most of her creations, sometimes stating the obvious and at the same time something entirely different.

My Work
LeAnora predominantly uses the medium of oil paint on her canvasses with some multimedia added for extra definition. Nature is a major influence in her works and she portrays in an abstract style.
LeAnora sells her current work and is also open to commissions.

Approach
I approach my work with an inimitable perspective that takes into account your needs and your individual style. My style and technique is broad and flexible, developed over years of training and experience. I strive to create fresh, vibrant images that capture the essence of my subjects.
One of my greatest influences has been Monet and more recently 3 artists from North Wales -
Kyffin Williams, Clyde Holmes and Peter Prendergast, Each one of these artists has captured North Wales using their very different style, Kyffin with the predominant colours of olive green, slate grey, ochre and umber, the paint which he applied lusciously with a palette knife in thick, bold swathes of pigment. Clyde communicated the mood swings of Snowdonia through cloud-shadow, wind and light. And Peter best-known for his large expressionist paintings of the old quarrying districts of North Wales, executed with bold brushstrokes of many colours held between thick black lines.
